July 08 - performances
On Edge (www.onedgeart.com) presented a diverse contemporary media + performance program over some 10 days.
I developed a new work for the official launch of the JCU Bachelor of Creative Arts (Media & Performance) degree. With assistance from File_Error, the work entailed a delicate installation, and short performance drawing inspiration from 4wd vehicles when they traverse the land (bush).
I also performed with File_Error and Paul Barron as part of the LAPS program, producing a somewhat absurd sound, screen and inflatable performance work on the esplanade in Cairns.

May 08 - performances & paintings
Zane has just completed 2 micro performances at both Yarrabah community and Tanks Art Centre.
The performance was well recieved by community members, and by the USA Consel General, who was officially presenting the graduation. The Tanks performance (same piece) was for the Opening of the On The Edge group exhibition, in which Zane also has some five painting works.
April 08 - new print work under development
For the past 3 months, Zane has been reaquainting himself with printmaking, specifically linocuts. Currently cutting furiously, he is building a body of new prints in which to develop some new editions.
